Hypothetically Speaking



Hypothetically Speaking is a new venture in bringing real life court cases, combined with ethical, moral and legal scenarios to the classroom.  Tailor-made to specific areas of the Legal Studies Syllabus, this workshop provides an interactive, challenging and educational experience for secondary school students. 

Claire Alder has extensive experience in the United Kingdom as a former Deputy District Judge, an accredited advocacy trainer and a Barrister specialising in Criminal Law for over 18 years. Together with her Australian workplace investigation expertise, her experience provides an inspiring and dynamic opportunity for students to draw on as a means of enhancing their education. Claire is a lawyer admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW and coaches teams in the Law Society Mock Trials.

Claire is based in Sydney.
